Bio Choline
(A Unique Combination of Natural and Highly Bioavailable Choline)
Fatty Liver Syndrome is a condition that generally affects fast growing broilers kept on high energy diets and caged layers since they do not get sufficient opportunity for free movement and exercise. Fatty Liver Syndrome is associated with deficiency of methyl group donors in the feed, increased liponeogenesis due to deficiency of Vitamin-B Complex, reverse mobilization of fat due to stress condition, high estrogen activity, mycotoxins etc.
Since methyl
group (CH3+) donor feed ingredients play an
important role in prevention and management
of Fatty Liver Syndrome, inclusion of such quality
nutrients in poultry ration is a common practice.
Choline chloride is an important methyl group
donor, but it has to be converted into betaine
before it can donate methyl group. Also, the
uptake and conversion of Choline chloride is
adversely affected due to gut infection, malabsorption,
mitochondrial insufficiency & mycotoxins
in the ration etc.
BioCholine
is a unique herbal animal feed supplement that
contains selected herbs rich in non-toxic and
highly bioavailable choline in conjugated /
esteriied form (Phosphatidylcholine). Glycerols,
phosphatidyl inositol and phosphatidylserine
in BioCholine play singnificant role in metabolism,
enzymic modulation and biosynthesis of phosphatidylcholine
and to produce singnificant growth response
as well as to augment the bio-activity of BioCholine.
The phosphatidylinositol, also know as a part
of lecithin group is associated with cholinomimetic
bioactivity.
Traces of Chromium
in BioCholine, in the organic and bio-efficient
form also help to optimse lipid and carbohydrate
metabolism, improve glucose/energy utilization
and reduce carcass fat content.
It has the
following unique features:-
- Addition of BioCholine in the feed helps effective mobilization of hepatic fat and transportation of lipids from liver to adipose tissues.
- It prevents the incidence of Fatty Liver Syndrome and controls mortality associated with FLS.
- The bioactive constituents of BioCholine exhibit lipotropic action that facilitate liver lipid mobilization and improved fat distribution.
- BioCholine also contains herbal constituents that keep liver optimally functional so that adequate synthesis of choline can take place.
- Active phyto-constituents of BioCholine promote acylation reactions to facilitate conversion of lipids to phospholipids. BioCholine helps to significantly reduce abdominal and carcass fat in broilers.
- BioCholine gets easily absorbed and does not interact with vitamins and other feed ingredients or commonly used drugs in poultry.
- BioCholine is compatible with high temperature processing via pelleting/extrusion.
BioCholine is non-corrosive and non-hygroscopic and free from obnoxious odor.
Usage
- As feed supplement to provide optimum quantity of Natural Choline required to maintain health, production and to control fatty liver syndrome.
- For maintaining optimum mobilization of hepatic fat and transportation of lipids from liver to adipose tissue.
- To maintain secretion of bile at optimum levels and to help prevent liver enlargement, fatty infiltration of liver and fatty liver condition.
- To maintain growth, FCR, egg production, livability and hatchability.
Feed inclusion rate
For 1 ton of feed, 500g BioCholine can replace 1kg of synthetic Choline chloride (60%) with better prevention of FLS and higher production performance.
