| The
mean volume of the enlarged prostate gland was recorded as 21.6 ± 3.89
cm cube before treatment and this was found reduced to 6.50 ± 1.03 cm cube
after thirty days treatment with ProSaw. There was a reduction in the severity
of the clinical signs from seven days after the initiation of the treatment. The
findings of this study indicate that the herbal drug ProSaw is very effective
in the management of BPH.
